Zumba
Zumba is energetic and fun with a variety of latin and international flavours. You'll recognise a chart topper or two, too!
I run various Zumba programs for Adults as well as kids. I'm qualified in the following Zumba programs; Zumba (level 1 & 2), Zumba Kids, Zumba Sentao, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Core and Strong by Zumba.
We work up a great sweat but have great fun at the same time. It's a super workout, you don't need any previous experience and partners aren't required!
Fitsteps
This is Strictly Come Dancing fun! Learn to dance like they do on strictly! It's a fitness dance fun environment. Paso, Jive, Quickstep, Waltz, Rumba, Samba, Cha-Cha, Tango and lots more. Up there with the stars under the glitterball!
You don't need any previous experience of ballroom dancing and partners aren't required.
E.S.P
E.S.P (Extreme Stretch and Posture) is a brilliant core workout with a healing, relaxing breathing & stretching session included. We work those abs so that we really know about it! It's a mat based exercise workout routine. We also focus on the pelvic floor in this workout.
The class lasts only 30 minutes but you'll see and feel the difference! Great results!
